Jeepers Creepers is a collaborative publication by Cécile di Giovanni and photographer Boris Camaca, published by Goswell Road in 2021. Conceived on the occasion of di Giovanni’s first solo exhibition in Paris, You Will Never Walk Alone, the book blurs the lines between artwork, documentation, and parallel fiction.

Rather than simply recording the exhibition, Jeepers Creepers acts as a visual and narrative extension. Through photography, Boris Camaca immerses himself in the artist’s world and artworks, offering a response of his own — shaped by re-staged fragments, installation views, and imagined elements.

This limited edition of 50 copies stands as both archive and autonomous creation. Camaca’s lens and di Giovanni’s artworks engage in a poetic dialogue, expanding the emotional and symbolic resonance of the work.

The photographs shift between staged scenes of di Giovanni’s works and glimpses into her studio practice.
